GoKeyless offers a 90-day return policy extending the original 60 days given for a standard purchase. If anything happens to your covered product, it will simply be replaced with a new one. There are no extra fees after you purchase, and no deductibles or shipping costs for replacements. The product will be replaced upon return of the defective product to GoKeyless. They will provide a free shipping label for the product to be returned for the replacement. This plan only applies to the original user of products and is not transferable.

Please note that the return policy does not cover labor costs, shipping and freight expenses required to return products to GoKeyless, failures, defects, or damage caused by any third party product, service, or system connected to or used in conjunction with the product. The provisions of the plan do not apply to products used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended, which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse negligence or accident, which have been improperly stored, installed, maintained or operated, which have been used in violation of written instructions provided by GoKeyless or the manufacturer, which have been subjected to improper temperature, humidity, or other environmental conditions.

If the price on their products is lowered within 90 days of your purchase, the difference will be refunded. To avail this, an email needs to be sent to [email protected] with proof of purchase of valid GoKeyless Extended Protection Plan, and price discrepancy.

The Return Policy at GoKeyless is quite straightforward. Customers have 30 days to return their products. The product must be in new condition, and it cannot have been installed. It should be in its original packaging, just like it was received. All instructions and templates must also be returned. If the packaging has been opened, the product orders returned are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.

There are some exceptions to this policy. For instance, Keyed Alike orders are not accepted for returns/exchanges. This applies to standard and IC/removable core cylinders. Services rendered such as code setting, programming, and keying alike are non-refundable items. Third-party services purchased outside of GoKeyless will not be reimbursed. Special orders, orders with 12 or more of the same item, and any product purchased against the recommendation of a GoKeyless representative are not eligible for return.

In the rare case that a customer receives a package with a product that is different than what they ordered, or if the item is damaged or defective upon arrival, it is important to contact GoKeyless immediately. They will assist with return shipping fees. If the customer does not contact them, they are responsible for all return shipping charges.
